Nadia Swearingen-Friesen
Leadership Development
For over 20 years, Nadia has been working in the realm of leadership development. Starting
in her late teens, she was introduced to this work through her involvement in Operation
Snowball. By the time she was 18, she was developing high school leadership programs
through her work with Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center. From there, Nadia began
working with a variety of age levels and organizations developing her own leadership
development programs created specifically for the stated needs of whatever group she is
currently working alongside.
Nadia now works with businesses, schools and churches to help them better understand
their needs and to create strategies and trainings that facilitate change for the organizations
with which she works. Her specialties are small group training, leadership development,
team enhancement, conflict resolution and communication skills.
Nadia has extensive experience creating short term trainings, half day trainings, trainings in
series and conference or retreat trainings.
